CareLink Mobile is building mobile service around the needs of Sacramento County residents who depend on reliable communication to reach family, care teams, benefits assistance, and essential community services.

Our goal is to pair straightforward wireless access with location-aware discovery of nearby human and health resources. That means fewer disconnected searches and a clearer path from needing help to finding the right place to start.

We are committed to transparent plan terms, responsible use of location information, and honest guidance around Lifeline, SNAP, and EBT rules. Eligibility, coverage, and resource availability vary, and we will explain those limits before enrollment.
